My company started using Capital Workspaces in 2020 when we made the switch to a remote environment full time. We loved the flexibility of having our employees all over the country, while still having a central DC location for our mail and main address (for our clients as well). As we returned to in-person meetings in 2022, our successful relationship with Capital Workspaces grew stronger as we saw the potential of using the professional office space to rent for when our employees would all come back together to DC monthly. The Capital Workspace team is such a pleasure to work with and they take the stress out of all office space logistics (first class service). Its nice and friendly environment which gives a lot of networking opportunities. You can meet so many people and also get your work done in casual cool way. Also, Great Staff. The staff were tremendously helpful plus I got plenty done and enjoyed some complimentary (and delicious) coffee at the same time. There were many different work environments to choose from and I had no problems with WiFi or any of the other amenities. There are no distractions, and the environment is stupendous. I would most definitely recommend this location to any and everyone looking for a work-space.

Great customer service. We took advantage of their mail receiving service, and they went out of their way to make sure we got an important piece of mail – weeks after we’d moved away! I was especially impressed with Monique, who went out of her way to track me down and get a forwarding address for that item. Definitely recommend.
