Keeping you (and your team) safe
Capital Workspaces is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our members and employees, especially during this pandemic. In response to the latest COVID-19 developments, we have taken extra steps to ensure Capital Workspaces is a haven for everyone who visits. We will continue to provide a comfortable environment for our members to create, collaborate, and work throughout the pandemic and beyond.
In accordance with CDC and OSHA workplace safety guidelines, the following outlines our current safety protocols and guidelines.
Mask-wearing policy
All Capital Workspaces members, employees, and visitors must wear a mask at all times. The only exception for mask-wearing is in private offices, where the door must remain shut.
Temperature checks at the door
Before anyone enters our space, they must check their temperature at the door and confirm it is normal. Capital Workspaces uses CERTIFY’s automated thermal scanning system to quickly and securely detect any fever symptoms.
Complimentary PPE and contactless sanitizing stations
Contactless hand sanitizers are available alongside free medical masks and latex gloves. If anyone seeks an additional layer of protection, Capital Workspaces will continue to make those resources available.
One-way walking paths
Floor signage keeps foot traffic flowing in one direction to encourage social distancing between other members and visitors.
Daily surface cleanings
At least three times a day, a professional cleaning staff disinfects public surfaces, including open-area desks, kitchen tables, door handles.
