We have three locations across DC and Maryland:

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

No. We offer flexible terms with no rigid leases. You can choose month-to-month memberships that allow you to cancel at any time, or use day passes for focused work sessions.

Can I scale my space as my team grows?

Yes. Our spaces are designed to be scalable, allowing you to add seats and rooms as your team expands.

What are your current promotions?

While you should contact us for current offers, we frequently run promotions such as 50% off for the first three months for new members.

What is the difference between Coworking and a Dedicated Desk?

Coworking provides access to flexible shared workspaces with professional amenities. A dedicated desk (or coworking desk) provides you with a specific assigned spot within the shared environment.

Do you offer private offices?

Yes. We provide quiet, furnished offices built for focused work and professional client meetings.

What is a Virtual Mailbox?

This service provides you with a professional business address and includes secure handling for your mail and packages.

Do you have specialized recording spaces?

Yes, we offer both Podcast and YouTube studios for members and guests.

What amenities are included?

Members have access to reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, an accessible kitchen, and "excellent" coffee which is ready to go.

Is there parking available?

• Bethesda: Parking is easy and "not an issue" at the Sangamore shopping center.
• Spring Valley: The 4315 location has verified onsite parking and nearby monthly parking is considered reasonable by members.

What are the building hours?

• Spring Valley (4315): This location offers 24/7 member access.
• Bethesda: Current public hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, though extended member access protocols are currently under review.
