Welcome to Capital Workspaces (“Capital Workspaces,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, facilities, memberships, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and related offerings.
By accessing our website, booking a workspace, becoming a member, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Capital Workspaces
Capital Workspaces provides flexible workspace solutions, including:
- Private Offices
- Coworking Memberships
- Dedicated Desks
- Meeting Rooms
- Day Passes
- Virtual Mailbox Services
- Business Support Services
Availability of services varies by location.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Businesses registering on behalf of employees represent that they have authority to bind their organization.
3. Bookings & Memberships
Reservations are subject to availability.
Memberships begin on the agreed start date. Unless otherwise stated:
- memberships renew monthly
- memberships may be canceled according to the Membership Agreement
- pricing may change with advance notice
Separate Membership Agreements may include additional terms that supersede portions of these Terms.
4. Payment
All fees are due according to the selected membership or booking. We reserve the right to:
- suspend services for overdue balances
- charge applicable taxes
- require payment before providing services
Late payments may incur administrative fees where permitted by law.
5. Meeting Room Reservations
Meeting rooms may be reserved online or through our staff. Users agree to:
- vacate rooms at the scheduled end time
- leave rooms clean
- avoid excessive noise
- report any damage immediately
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.
6. Virtual Mailbox Services
Virtual mailbox services are provided in accordance with applicable USPS regulations.
Members are responsible for:
- completing all required USPS authorization forms
- maintaining accurate contact information
- collecting mail within required timeframes
Capital Workspaces may return, forward, or dispose of unclaimed mail consistent with applicable policies.
7. Acceptable Use
Members and visitors agree not to:
- engage in illegal activities
- harass staff or other members
- damage property
- interfere with network operations
- access restricted areas
- disturb other occupants
- use the premises for hazardous activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Internet Services
Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience. While we strive for reliable internet access, we cannot guarantee:
- uninterrupted connectivity
- specific speeds
- data security
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate cybersecurity practices.
9. Security
Members are responsible for:
- securing personal belongings
- safeguarding access credentials
- ensuring guests comply with these Terms
Capital Workspaces is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended property.
10. Guests
Members may invite guests only as permitted by their membership.
Guests must:
- follow facility rules
- respect other occupants
- sign in if requested
Members remain responsible for their guests.
11. Property Damage
Members are liable for damage caused by themselves, their employees, contractors, or guests beyond normal wear and tear.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including:
- logos
- graphics
- photographs
- text
- branding
- software
is owned by Capital Workspaces or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to:
- process inquiries
- manage memberships
- improve services
- comply with legal obligations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Workspaces disclaims warranties including:

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Workspaces shall not be liable for:

- lost profits
- business interruption
- data loss
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service during the previous three months.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Workspaces, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Washington, DC unless otherwise required by applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The revised Effective Date will appear at the top of this page.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
